Planning and cooking a healthy meal may be the last thing on your mind after a busy day. The best way to make healthy eating easy is to create a meal plan for your family and stick to it. Look for dishes that can be prepared in advance. Meal prep can make for a great family activity, too!
Make snacking fun and healthy!
Children need lots of energy to grow and be healthy and active. You need to make sure they have healthy snacks for between meals, too. Snacks should be whole-foods, not processed packaged treats.
